"Good people! These guys are the
best there is. They have fixed
my old Gateway PC a few times
when it bit the dust. They fixed
some problems on my Dell XPS,
and they were cheaper than Dell
paid support and they were even
better. Dell doesn’t cover
software under warranty. These
folks were cheaper on service
than what it would cost for
Dell’s extended service plan.
Dell is a good computer, these
guys are the best for service."

service. Yes, everything is
working fantastically, and I am
very grateful for your advice on
adding the extra RAM. You were
right, my computer runs like
grease lightening now and is a
much more efficient use of my
time. Your customer service was
outstanding...from the moment I
called the office to your
personal service of picking up
my computer and keeping to your
word on when and how things
would be handled. I have used
another service here in town and
it pales in comparison to yours.
I think its so important to the
customer to not make them feel
ignorant or that their questions
are ignorant (when I'm sure they
are!). You are the experts, but
we pay you to tell us what we
need to know in a courteous,
respectful manner. I will most
certainly call you again the
next time I need assistance, and
I will refer others as well.

me out of my crisis....and it
truly was a crisis. I am a
distance-learning college
student, and my computer is my
