For your convenience, we offer both in-home service, or in-shop repair for your PC or laptop.

In home service is $80 per hour, with a minimum of the first hour and our travel time is not included in your repair time if you are located in Lincoln. Our techs are efficient and most jobs typically are completed within 1-2 hours.

In shop repair is charged out by the job instead of by the hour, with a minimum of $45 for the diagnostic.

After your diagnostic is completed, a technician will call to discuss your options for repair. If approval is given for repair, the $45 diagnostic charge is waived.

No repair will be completed without prior approval from you!
