Thank you for your telephone call to follow up on my
computer service.
Yes, everything is working fantastically, and I am
very grateful for your advice on adding the extra
RAM. You were right, my computer runs like grease
lightening now and is a much more efficient use of
my time.
Your customer service was outstanding...from the
moment I called the office to your personal service
of picking up my computer and keeping to your word
on when and how things would be handled. I have used
another service here in town and it pales in
comparison to yours. I think its so important to the
customer to not make them feel ignorant or that
their questions are ignorant (when I'm sure they
are!). You are the experts, but we pay you to tell
us what we need to know in a courteous, respectful
manner.
I will most certainly call you again the next time I
need assistance, and I will refer others as well.
Thank you once again for getting me out of my
crisis....and it truly was a crisis. I am a
distance-learning college student, and my computer
is my classroom. I could NOT afford to not have
access to it for very long.

promptly and diagnosing the problem with my
computer. Thanks, too, for responsibly disposing of
that computer.
My friend from Omaha was able to restore most of my
files that he had when he backed up my system about
a month ago. That was akin to a near-miracle.
Everything's working fine on my new computer set-up.
I have your card on my bulletin board, and if anyone
ever asks about computer help, I'll certainly give
them your number.

I am the grateful customer who recently called to
offer high praise for Mr. Mark Olson. As a resident
of a nursing home, I was very impressed by Mark's
competent, caring, and courteous attitude. He was in
no way patronizing or aloof. He was, instead, eager
to do his best in promptly repairing my computer.
Mark possesses excellent communication skills, a
talent not sufficiently expressed in today's world.
As I mentioned earlier, during our telephone
conversaton, I feel better in knowing a company such
as yours is available to me. Again, I extend kudos
and accolades for Computer Care.
